Wendy Lovelace – Architect
Wendy has a passionate interest in creating and encouraging equitable accessible solutions for community, public and private spaces through the synergy of combining both professional and lived experience.
The creation of inclusive and accessible outcomes motivates Wendy, where her contributions come from an invaluable mix of professional knowledge and lived experience. She is involved with many organisations across the disability sector and advises government, not for profits, corporates and individuals as well as being an accomplished Tutor, Writer and Speaker.
Wendy holds a number roles in her busy life including: architect; Step-by-step architecture for access and advocacy; Convenor of the Queensland Action for Universal Housing Design (QAUHD); MS Queensland Board Member; MS Ambassador; Design Compliance Advisor – Access Solutions for the Spinal Injuries Association; Accessibility Reference Group for Queensland Rail and is a professional speaker at forums.
